Fostering Inclusion in the Red Phase includes
- Dismantling internal biases, prejudices and stereotypes about equity-seeking groups. This category requires a commitment to an environment that recognizes and values differences in identities, abilities, backgrounds, cultures, skills, experiences, and perspectives.
- The action step for this phase will rely on self-directed learnings in the accompanying workbooks that encourage self-reflection, self-awareness, and reducing the harm caused by implicit biases.
How long do I have to complete the action-steps?
From February 2024 – May 2024, members of UHN are encouraged to complete all the workbooks on this page and track their completion on MyLearning by completing the post-workbook survey.
